For Jacqueline Loving, caring for others has never been about recognition or performance. It is a way of life expressed through presence, consistency, compassion, and action.
Throughout her journey, Jacqueline has been drawn to people who need encouragement, support, and reassurance. She believes that every person deserves to be treated with patience, dignity, and humanity, especially during the moments when they may feel overlooked or forgotten.
This belief has shaped the way she serves, leads, speaks, and connects with others. Whether she is supporting someone through a meaningful transition, meeting a practical need, or simply being present, Jacqueline approaches people with a heart that seeks to understand before acting.

Serving with Faith and Purpose
Faith is at the foundation of Jacqueline’s life and service. Her commitment to ministry reflects her belief that leadership is not simply about holding a position, it is about being dependable, serving with excellence, and helping others move forward with confidence.
Jacqueline serves faithfully as a Sunday Secretary, supporting the flow of ministry with dedication and care. She also leads in baptism, walking alongside individuals as they take one of the most meaningful steps in their faith journey.
For Jacqueline, these moments are deeply significant. She approaches service with reverence, joy, and a sincere desire to ensure that people feel supported throughout their journey.
Faith gave her a foundation. Service gave her a way to live it.
Finding Her Voice and Walking in Purpose
Every meaningful journey includes a season of growth. For Jacqueline, one of those defining experiences came through the Black Women Who Want More SLAB Program.
The experience strengthened her confidence, clarified her vision, and affirmed her calling to lead with intention while remaining grounded in her values. It helped Jacqueline recognize that her personal journey and experiences could become a source of encouragement and transformation for others.
From that season of growth, her voice expanded. Jacqueline stepped forward as a speaker and author, using storytelling and advocacy to bring attention to the realities of caregiving and the importance of treating every individual with compassion and respect.
Her journey taught her that a caring heart can serve, but a courageous voice can inspire others to serve too.
The Heart Behind the Book
Jacqueline’s journey into caregiving became more than a responsibility. It became a calling and, ultimately, a ministry.
Through her experiences, she witnessed the profound difference that thoughtful and respectful care can make. She also came to understand what can happen when patience, attention, and humanity are missing.
Those experiences inspired A Caregiver’s Heart, a book rooted in her belief that care is not simply about completing a task or carrying a title. It is about being present, looking beyond a person’s condition or circumstances, and honoring the individual.
Through her writing and advocacy, Jacqueline seeks to give voice to caregivers while helping restore dignity to the people they serve.
